Pupil Leadership
Our pupil leadership programme is at the heart of our school community. It drives improvement, fosters positive change, and ensures that every pupil feels their voice is valued and heard. The structure mirrors a parliamentary democracy, comprising two Head Pupils—elected after a week of campaigning and a formal election day—alongside two Deputy Head Pupils and a team of committee leaders.
Committee leaders oversee specific areas within each year group, such as Head of Charities or Head of Events, giving pupils real responsibility and ownership. Over the past year, our pupil leadership team has successfully planned and delivered major events, including Culture Day, where pupils organised cultural exhibitions and a fashion show celebrating diversity. Another highlight was the Community Grand Iftar, which brought together pupils, staff, and families to share the experience of breaking fast during Ramadan.
