Staying Safe in Our Community for Students @ Beaumont Primary
We are launching a programme of events and activities over the next few months aimed to support your child in staying safe in the local community. Some of the issues that will be discussed will focus on gang related activity, knife crime, violence and anti-social behaviour. You will be aware that these are themes that have been given extended coverage in the local and national media.
We consider Moor End to be a safe place and are always proactive in providing educational experiences which will support our students make positive and informed choices in order to identify risks and to keep themselves safe. However, we are never complacent and always take note of issues that have arisen nationally and locally in other schools and the community. We take our safeguarding responsibility seriously and acknowledge our important role in the wider education of your child.
